Assistance with Veterans Benefit Administration
Many veterans are not aware of the eldercare benefits available through veterans’ health care. There are several Veteran programs that can provide free personal care services for veterans and their spouses.
- Veterans (regardless of age and/or income) receiving medical and/or mental health services from VA Centers are eligible to get free personal care services from trained and licensed aides to help with their daily activities
- Veterans over 65 years of age or surviving spouses of Veterans over 55 years of age can qualify for free Home Care
